In this final video, I will share the most powerful lesson that I’ve learned – you can apply this lesson to ALL areas of your life. I don’t believe in shortcuts in life, but if one were to exist.. This would be it.
I was actually going to reach out to you Vinh and give you an update regarding a small scale public speaking engagement I had in March. My previous high school contacted me and asked me to be the guest speaker at their annual leader’s induction assembly. Initially I was really excited to be returning to my old school and proud that they had thought of me…. this quickly was replaced by fear!
I sat down and went back over all of my notes from the course, and reminded my self that it wasn’t about me! but rather, I needed to think how I could be of service to the school community. I used storytelling to share my advice to the future leaders of the school. And afterwards, the feedback was incredibly positive!
